I am 43 years old and work as a personal trainer since more than 15 years. I base my work on my master degree in Biology and my certification as fitness manager.

In the last years I extended my knowledge with many workshops, further educations and last but not least in working with many clients from beginner level up to competition athlets.

Furthermore I can look back on a over 10 year long career as a competitive bodybuilder. In this time I won many titles like German Champion, World Champion for my federation IFBB / NPC ( largest fitness and bodybuilding federation worldwide ).

I reached the aim in my life: With my love for sports I found my dream job.

I want to inspire you with my enthusiasm. Live your dreams and let inspire you with the different possibilities of personal training.

Specially in personal training the whole human beiing is in the focus. I support you to optimize your physical ability, charism and personal development. There are many reasons for personal training. Professional assistens or just the help to get started or to get the workout most time efficient.
